An arrangement for identifying keyboard keys uses covering elements with symbols, colours or plastic structures. The arrangement consists of a foil (1) and covering elements which form adhesive platelets (2) on their undersides which are separably joined to the foil. The foil is of transparent plastics material and the platelets can be part of the foil itself. The platelets can be pressed out of the foil along perforations in the foil. ADVANTAGE - Identities of keys on keyboard can be altered without removing them from keyboard.
