The solenoid valve controlled by key sensor of drawing room is prevented for adsorpting impurity with rust or moss, and has control box with circuit. The circuit of solenoid valve comprises relay (c) using air-conditioning valve control and relay (H) using air-conditioning conversion controlled by control box (1) with single microprocessor (2), key sensor (3) to apply an electric current with ON/ OFF switch (S1,S2). The single microprocessor is actuated to solenoid coil of heating valve (4) or cooling valve (5) by changing the switch (H',H") of the relay (H) using air-conditioning conversion.
