PURPOSE:To obtain the optical disk software of a CD system by using a photosensitive material which allows recording by an optical disk writer of a DRAW type and allows reproducing with an optical disk device of the CD system as a recording film and providing the preformat and guide grooves to allow the positioning of the optical disk. CONSTITUTION:The recording film 8 to serve as a recording medium is formed on a transparent disk 6 formed with the guide grooves 7 in the circumferential direction and the guide grooves 9 for positioning the optical head with the optical disk writer of the DRAW type are formed thereon, by which the preformat is formed. The recording film 8 is made of a material to allow DRAW and the recording of information is possible with the optical disk writer of the DRAW type. In addition, the disk shape and optical characteristics to allow reproducing with the optical disk device of the CD system are provided and the recording system is common with the recording of the recording system for the optical disk of the CD system so as to allow the reproducing with the optical disk device of the CD system. This optical disk is suitable for production of diversified kinds in small quantities even with the optical disk software of the CD system in this way and the production in a short period of time is possible. |
