<p>A device for displaying the moon, in particular on a watch dial, comprising a circular support (56) rotated by a driving mechanism (52) mounted in the watch housing (48), and carrying a replica (61) of the moon which moves with the support (56) along a window formed in the watch dial (49). The device is characterized in that the driving mechanism (52) comprises a device for rotatably moving the circular support (56) in relation to the window at a speed which corresponds to the apparent speed at which the moon crosses the sky between the time it rises and the time it sets.</p> |
