PURPOSE:To adjust finely an oscillation frequency, by applying a bias voltage to electrodes of input and output transducers of a surface acoustic wave delay line or across both transducers. CONSTITUTION:A high frequency applied to an input transducer 2 through a coupling capacitor 6 becomes a surface acoustic wave and is delayed and is converted electrically by an output transducer 3 and passes through a coupling capacitor 10 and is amplified through an amplifier 4 and is returned to the capacitor 6. A bias voltage is applied across a power source-side electrode 2a and an earth-side electrode 2b of the input transducer 2 through a bias resistance 8, and a bias voltage is applied across a power source-side electrode 3a and an earth-side electrode 3b of the output transducer 3 through a bias resistance 11. A voltage is applied across transducers 2 and 3 also, thus adjusting finely the oscillation frequency. |
