<p>PURPOSE:To safely treat injectors, injection needles, and blood-gathering tubes in one's own site by receiving and sealing medical wastes in a non-combustible carton, which is irradiated with far infrared rays, and then pulverizing the carton together with the medical wastes. CONSTITUTION:A special non-combustible carton SB has an inner wall formed of aluminum hydroxide, and a film is further laminated on the inner wall, so that the carton has a strength such that needles, glass pieces, metal pieces, and other spired materials never penetrate it and also can prevent liquid leakage. The carton has the characteristic of passing far infrared rays and physically keeps the original form during and after sterilization, which allows the automatic carriage up to pulverizing step. Further, a timer is set to a grinder 16, whereby simple pulverizing operation stop and also automatic stop can be conducted, and the operation of the whole device is stopped simultaneously with the pulverizing operation stop. According to such a constitution, a medical waste is received in a special non-combustible carbon, completely heated and sterilized by utilizing far infrared rays, pulverized after the sterilization, and safely treated.</p> |
