The high-pressure pump is for a high-pressure water-jet machine, having several plunger units (20), each with an inlet (30) and a high-pressure outlet (32) and motor-driven. These are mounted in a housing, their outlets being combined into a common outlet (38) for the pump. The individual outlets consist of hoses (32) connected by high-pressure ones (40) to an accumulator. The latter hoses are of the same length, the outlet (38) being mounted on the vessel. ADVANTAGE - Light weight, even rate of delivery, and easy repair of an individual faulty plunger unit.
