The present invention relates to a series of apparatus for medical, therapeutic and dental treatment, using impulse therapy or transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation as a means of physiological, rational and non- invasive relaxation of specific areas of the musculature. The electrical stimulation apparatus developed comprises a triangular signal generator 1, followed by an amplifier 2, which is connected to a modulation controller 3. A square signal generator 11 is linked to a first-stage signal shaper 10, which in turn is connected in parallel to a frequency divider 6, to a final amplifier 7 and to another, second-stage signal shaper 9, this last being followed by another final amplifier 8. Said frequency divider 6 is also connected via a three-position (A, B, C) switch to a third-stage signal shaper 5 and the latter to a low-frequency signal controller 4.
