PURPOSE:To obtain the title processed food with original taste and nutrient retained, good in flavor in such a way that original algae for laver is washed in ozone-bubbling seawater and then further washed in ozone-bubbling freshwater, and the resulting algae is dehydrated, covered with common salt, sealed in a watertight container, sterilized by heating, and quenched. CONSTITUTION:Original algae for laver is washed, while agitating, in ozone- bubbling seawater and then further washed in a similar manner in ozone- bubbling freshwater. The resulting algae is covered with common salt while loosening, sealed in a watertight container, sterilized by heating, and quenching to <=0 deg.C, thus obtaining the objective laver processed food returnable to the nearly original algal state when to be taken. |
