The invention relates to a method for arranging a body (21, 32) through a hole (47) in a pressurized tube (4). To be able to implant this body in an inventive way a mounting unit (1) known per se is used. The invention offers a method by which it is possible to de-mount the mounting unit (1) after finished use of the hole (47) in the tube (4) without occurrence of leakage due to use of an expandable element (70).
