PURPOSE:To mount an index sensor with good working properties and with a good accuracy by fitting a flexible circuit card, on which the index sensor is mounted, to the protrusions of a holder and by positioning and welding the circuit card. CONSTITUTION:First, an index sensor 21 is mounted on a flexible circuit card 27. Then, a pair of location holes 28 of the flexible circuit card 27 are fitted to respective protrusions 26 of a holder 23 and the vibrator of an ultrasonic welder is brought into contact with the tip part of each protrusion 26 in the location state so that the part is heated and deformed. Thus, the flexible circuit card 27 can be surely welded and connected to the bolder 23. Then, the land part 30 of the other end of the flexible circuit card 27 is soldered to a control circuit card 2. After that, a vis 25 is loosened and the holder 23 is positioned along a slot 24 so that the index sensor 21 rightly faces an index 8. |
