PURPOSE:To enable the center of deviation of mounting accuracy to be automati cally converged to an optimum position by analyzing an image data at a speci fied part by an image pick-up means for detecting the displacement of the position for mounting electronic parts and for controlling the mechanism of a robot. CONSTITUTION:The image of an actual mounting part of electronic parts, to be supplied from a parts supplying part 4, at a specified position of a printed- circuit board which is supplied from a printed-circuit board carrying part 3 by a cross robot mechanism 2 is picked up by TV cameras 5 and 6 of an elec tronic parts mounting device 1. This image pick-up data is analyzed by an image data analyzing part 7, the displacement of the position for mounting the electronic parts is detected, and the position of the electronic parts is corrected by the mechanism 2. With the configuration for achieving self- diagnosis control, the center of deviation of mounting accuracy can be converged to an optimum position and electronic parts having deviation can be mounted with improved accuracy. |
