PURPOSE:To obtain a sealing material having high chemical resistance, dimensional stability, flexibility and hydrolysis resistance and slight removal of constituent materials from the sealing material, comprising an aggregate of ultrathin filaments having a high melting point and perfluororesin. CONSTITUTION:The objective material comprising an aggregate (preferably woven or knitted fabric, nonwoven fabric or composite material of nonwoven fabric and woven or knitted fabric) of organic ultrathin filaments having >=330 deg.C melting point or >=330 deg.C thermal decomposition temperature and <=1 denier and a perfluororesin (preferably tetrafluoroethylene resin). |
