PURPOSE:To always monitor a waveform of an inputted reception code and to detect distortion of bit waveform due to abnormal noise and superimposition of noise pulse by providing a waveform change monitor circuit to an input section. CONSTITUTION:A reception code inputted to an input terminal 1 of a decoding circuit enters a sampling gate 5 and is fetched in a waveform change monitor circuit 51 at the time. The waveform change monitor circuit 51 monitors a waveform change in a reception code inputted normally to detect production of a waveform change twice or oven in a time of 1-bit length thereby resetting a shift register 6. Moreover, the waveform change monitor circuit 51 is provided with a means detecting trailing/leading of a reception signal at the receiver side and a discrimination means discriminating it abnormal noise when 2 detection signals or over exist within one-bit length of the reception signal with the detection means. |
