PURPOSE:To effectively use a telephone line by preventing used wastefully and occupied for a long time by registering a mobile radio telephone set whose power source is disconnected and the mobile radio telephone set moved outside the zone with a control station, and prohibiting the issuance of a call to a registered telephone set. CONSTITUTION:When incoming to the mobile radio telephone set 3 is disabled, a power source disconnection detecting/informing means 6 or an inside/outside zone detecting/informing means 7 is operated, and a data signal is transmitted to a transmission/reception part 9. The data signal is transmitted to the control station 2 via a base station 1. The control station 2 registers the mobile radio telephone set 3 whose power source is disconnected and the mobile telephone set 3 moved outside the zone on an incoming disabled telephone set storage means 2a, and prohibits the issuance of the call to the telephone set 3. Therefore, when a call request is issued from a call requestor 12 to the mobile radio telephone set 3 for which the call is disabled, the control station 2 can immediately answer the fact that the call is disabled to the call requestor 12. |
