PURPOSE:To easily take a molded item out of a mold by a method wherein molding material filling part, which corresponds to the shape of the molded item is formed at the predetermined position under the condition that two mold members are detachably engaged with each other. CONSTITUTION:Molds 12 are installed in a positioning holder 50. Concretely, the mold main bodies 16 of each mold 12 are inserted in the mold inserting parts 68 of the positioning holder 50 and the supporting members 26 of the mold 12 are the recesses 66 of the positioning holder 50. Molding material such as clay-like substance of the like consisting of the material for golf tee 100 is filled in each molding material filling part 24 of the mold 12. The molding material in the molding material filling part 24 is pressed from above with each molding pin 72 of a punch 70. After that, the molding pin 72 is drawn out of the mold 12. Next, the mold 12 is removed from the positioning holder 50. In this case, by pulling the fixing blocks 52 and 54 of the positioning holder 50 out of a vise so as to produce gaps among respective guide blocks 56a-56f, the molds 12 can be easily removed from the positioning holder 50. |
