<p>PURPOSE:To enhance heat resistance, surface smoothness and durability and to prevent the generation of sticking by preliminarily applying and forming a sublimation type thermal transfer dyeing receiving layer to a laminated film and laminating said film to one surface of a substrate. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic tape 4 is bonded to the rear of a substrate 3 and a sublimation type thermal transfer dyeing receiving layer 1 is preliminarily formed on a laminated film 2 to be laminated to the surface of the substrate 3 through said film under heating and pressure. At this time, printing may be preliminarily applied to the laminate 5 on the rear of the substrate 3. Thereafter, the whole is punched into a card shape to prepare an ID card. The sublimation thermal transfer dyeing receiving layer contains 20pts.wt. of more of thermosetting resin or radiation curable resin and 1 - 10pts.wt. of the total resin of a thermosetting or ultraviolet curable silicone resin as a release agent.</p> |
