<p>PURPOSE:To determine the operating status of each device during a process, and to discover a device hindering the flow of the process by installing specific supply counter, experience counter, computing circuit and alarm generator respectively. CONSTITUTION:A process controller is added to a production unit 3 treating a material to be treated, and has a supply counter 2, an experience counter 4, a computing circuit 5 and an alarm generator 6. The supply counter 2 counts the materials to be treated which are fed to the production unit 3, and the experience counter 4 counts the actual number of the treatment of the materials to be treated by the production unit 3. The computing circuit 5 computes the difference of the number of supply with time and the actual number from the data of the supply counter 2 and the experience counter 4, and the alarm generator 6 outputs an alarm signal when the difference of the number of supply and the actual number reaches a specified value. Data from the supply counter 2 and the experience counter 4 are transmitted to the computing circuit 5 at certain determined time intervals.</p> |
