<p>PURPOSE:To make coupling smooth when clock circuits which oscillate individually are coupled in synchronism with oscillation circuits with an induced electromagnetic field by constituting the oscillation circuits which easily synchronizes with other signals. CONSTITUTION:A master oscillator 1 and a master module 2 are coupled with a slave oscillator 3 by an electromagnetic wave. Further, slave modules 1 and 4 are coupled with a bus. Modules 2 and 6 are coupled with the master module by a bus. The slave oscillators 2 and 5 are affected the more by an electromagnetic wave generated by the master oscillator as they are the closer to the master oscillator, and then phase-synchronized wit the master oscillator.</p> |
