PURPOSE:To enable production of a high-strength molded article in good dimensional accuracy, efficiently and inexpensively, by limiting the blending ratio of quick hardening cement blend consisting of low-alkali cement, alumina cement, slaked lime, and reinforcing fibers. CONSTITUTION:A quick hardening cement blend has the following composition. Namely, the blend is formed by mixing low-alkali cement consisting essentially of calcium silicate, hauyne and silicic acid with alumina cement, slaked lime and reinforcing fibers. The amount of the low-alkali cement is 79-91wt.% based on sum of low-alkali cement, alumina cement and slaked lime and the amount of the slaked lime is 10-30wt.% based on alumina cement. |
