PURPOSE:To use a device in a place where sewage facilities are not sufficiently provided or the like by providing a vibration section of a refuse dropping plate on a drain drum, removing fabric garbage entangled with structures around the drain drum and retaining the device clean. CONSTITUTION:A drainage hole 28 and a drainage section 26 connecting a drainage hose 27 are provided in a drain casing 24 connected with casings 8 and 10 provided with a grinding section 10a having a grinding blade 15 at a feeding section 22a. A drain drum 31 rotating to the drainage section 26 side by means of a motor 44 and provided with a plurality of drainage holes 32 is disposed in said casing 24, and a refuse dropping plate 37 is provided in the casing 24 in a manner of being in contact with the drum 31. A vibration section 41f of the plate 37 is provided on the drum 31, and after the completion of operation of a motor 12 rotating a grinding blade 15, the drum 31 is rotated forward to the drainage section 26 side for the given time, and after that one time or a plurality of times of reverse and forward rotations are repeated, and rotated forward at the last time and stopped thereon, and the plate 37 is vibrated by the vibration section 41f at the time of reverse rotation. |
