PURPOSE:To easily obtain a long-life and low-cost sprocket wheel on the outer peripheral part of which a plurality of metal projecting pins excellent in wear resistance are accurately and integrally provided by a method wherein the respective projecting pins are fixed to a notched projection and, after that, resin material is forced in a mold so as to be cured and molded. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of wear resistant metal paper-feeding projecting pins 29, each of which has a stepped part 29a, are arranged on a notched projection 24 in the cavity side part 22. Next, after the force side part 25 is put on the top surface of the cavity side part so as to be fixed to each other, resin material 30 such as ABS resin or the like acting as a high-impact wheel main body is forced through a resin material inlet in a split-cavity mold 21 so as to cured and molded. After that, a molded product is taken out of the mold 21 in order to obtain a sprocket wheel on the outer peripheral surface of the high-impact resin wheel main body of which a plurality of wear resistant metal projecting pins 29 are accurately, equi-distantly and integrally molded. |
