PURPOSE:To obtain a cleaning agent for hair or skin, comprising dextran sulfate or a salt thereof. CONSTITUTION:0.05-10% dextran sulfate having 2,000-300,000 molecular weight and 5-22% sulfur content or salt thereof is properly mixed with components such as fatty acid, amino acid, salts thereof, ester, base, polyhydric alcohol, surfactant, glycoside, antiseptic, colorant and perfume and prepared to give the aimed substance. The substance can be processed into shampoo, solid, powder and liquid for bathing and face washing, pasty soap, face washing form, cleaner for body, toilet, shaving, cleansing lotion. The dextran sulfate or a salt thereof has antimicrobial action, prevents multiplication of bacteria, yeast and mold on the surface of the skin, inhibits the skin from drying because of humectant effect and increases cleaning effects by surface activating action, adsorbing action ion exchanging action, etc. |
