The connection solves detection of the voltage loss of the source and synchronous access lock to the memory C-MOS RAM so that the memory contents during the indeterminate conditions on the system buses originating during switching-off and switching-on of the commercial power supply would be protected. The gist of the solution is to use negatively correlated dependence of the resistance of the transition collector - emitter of the transistor, which is connected as a diode, on the passing current. The connection can be used to protect the contents of the memories C-MOS RAM that are supplied from the backup battery source.<IMAGE>
