PURPOSE:To improve drive power and stability while holding their harmony by selectably setting the first control mode of high control sensitivity and the second control mode of low control sensitivity, of braking oil pressure, in a drive wheel brake device for an excessive slip tendency of a drive wheel. CONSTITUTION:In the case of a traction control means 12, the first and second control circuits 15, 16, which control each solenoid 4FLS, 5FLS; 4FRS, 5FRS of inflow and outflow solenoid valves in each right and left drive wheel brake devices, are provided. While solenoids 6s, 7s of a fraction controlling solenoid valve are controlled through an OR circuit 17 by an output of these control circuits 15, 16. Each of control circuits 15, 16 is constituted such that based on an output of a comparator circuit 22 for comparing a car body speed from a high selector circuit 21 with the reference value from a reference value generating circuit 23, switches 19, 20 are selected, and based on drive wheel speeds VFL, VFR or a mean drive wheel speed VFA in an averaging circuit 18, a slip rate is calculated so as to output a control signal.
