PURPOSE:To make products uniform, giving sufficient strength to the joined parts, and obtain blow molded articles being cheap at manufacturing cost by providing on a molding mold a means which pads and reinforces the inside of a part of the margin in a molding mold, and a means which cuts the margin along the article. CONSTITUTION:During the period of mold clamping, a margin is compressed and a part thereof is pressed into a molding space 2 from the gap between cutting blades 4 and corresponding surfaces therewith, and protruding padding 7 is performed to each part which is recessed and thinned into a valley shape, and the part is made thicker than the other part and also made for performing a reinforcing operation to increase the strength of a joined part. Accordingly, the damage causes caused by a strength shortage is solved completely. And, during the mold clamping, the cutting blades cut into between the product and gap therewith and cut off the margin. Whereby the secondary work of cutting becomes unnecessary, moreover, should the cutting be carried out by the blades provided on the mold at the same time of molding, the cutting becomes uniformly with respect to all of the products, and is done with accuracy not requiring any finishing, thereby achieving the uniformity of articles and the decreasing of the manufacturing cost. |
