PURPOSE:To perform inspection within a short time with high accuracy by positioning an inspection apparatus by utilizing the surfaces of both of a shaft and a disc and mounting one set of transmitting and receiving ultrasonic probes on one truck. CONSTITUTION:Since an inspection apparatus 9 is mounted by utilizing the surface of a shaft 2 and that of a disc 3, the positioning thereof can be simultaneously performed in an axial direction X and a diameter direction Y. Further, by driving a transmitting probe 20A and a receiving probe 20B independently, the positions and angles of both probes can be adjusted to the optimum state. Since one set of these probes 20A, 20B are mounted on one truck 10, an entire periphery can be scanned while said state is kept securely. By this constitution, the transmitting and receiving probes 20A, 20B can be respectively positioned in the optimum state and the entire periphery can be inspected while said state is kept securely. |
