PURPOSE:To obtain the antidazzle filter tightly adhered with a secure UV curing type hard coat layer by laminating a specific UV curing type primer layer and the UV curing type hard coat layer on a base material consisting of transparent plastic. CONSTITUTION:The UV curing type primer layer is formed by applying a UV curing type primer contg. a monofunctional monomer, multifunctional monomer and shrinkage releasable polymer on the surface of a base material and curing the coating with UV rays to form the layer to 0.2 to 1.0mum film thickness. The UV curing type hard coat layer is formed by applying a UV curing type hard coating agent having 5,000 to 1,000,000cps viscosity (measurement method: E type viscometer) onto the primer layer, forming fine patterns and curing the coating with UV rays to form the layer to 0.1 to 20mum film thickness. In addition this layer is formed to 0.05 to 10.0mum surface roughness (Ra). The antidazzle filter having the excellent antidazzle property, surface hardness and scratching resistance and the excellent adhesive property to the substrate is obtd. in this way. |
