There is a fastener, to fix the arrangement as a whole, to the tubular handle bar section of e.g. a bicycle. It enables adjustable fastening of a mirror to parts of the arrangement. The fastener has a plug = section (18), which is fixed in the open end of a tubular handle bar section (20). It forms a holder for a fastening element (24), connected to the mirror (30).
