<p>PURPOSE:To reduce burden of an operator in shift control operation by automatically performing the control of shifting up and down in conformity to a command from a controller on the basis of specification of the shift position of the operator. CONSTITUTION:When the shift-up position is set by the operator with a shift position setting means 7, a controller 22 disengages a left and a right steering clutch simultaneously with the aid of respective driver devices 16, 17. When the engine revolving speed has attained the engine revolving speed data according to the shift position, a main clutch 10a is disengaged by a driver device 10, and a speed position shift device 20 is put in neutral, and then the main clutch 10a is engaged. The revolving speed of engine 11a is so controlled that the rotation of an aux. shaft 15a becomes identical to that of an output shaft 14a, and a dog clutch for shift position is put in the next position by a shift position change device 19, and then the left and right steering clutches are engaged simultaneosuly. Thus the shiftup operation is completed.</p> |
