Polymers contg. reactive fluoropyrimidine gps Acyloxyalkylamines containing a polymerisable double bond alpha- to the carbonyl gp are reacted with 2,6-difluoro-pyrimidines which may contain further reactive atoms or radicals in 4- or 5-position, to obtain the corresponding polymerisable acyloxyalkylaminofluoropyrimidines. These may then be homopolymerised or copolymerised with at least one other copolymerisable comonomer by way of radical (co)polymerisation. The products contain reactive groups having specific reactivity and which are crosslinkable or modifiable via these reactive groups.
