PURPOSE:To enable degreases in a short time without developing deformation, bulging, crack, etc., by using binder composed of polyethylene oxide and water insoluble thermoplastic polymer, forming and sintering after eluting the polyethylene oxide by bringing into contact with water. CONSTITUTION:The binder containing 60-90wt.% polyethylene oxide, 5-38% water insoluble thermoplastic organic polymer and 2-35% lubricant and plasticizer is prepared. Powder and the above organic binder are mixed and plastic- formed and this formed body is brought into contact with the water to elute the polyethylene oxide. After executing degrease treatment to this, this is dried and successively, the sintering treatment is executed. By this method, a sintered product having high sintered density and high strength is obtd. |
