PURPOSE:To detect the change of the opening/closing action characteristic of an elevator at a distant place when the change of the action characteristic of the elevator has become larger than a predetermined set value, by making the connection of an elevator control panel controlling the various actions of the elevator, and watch device watching the actions of this elevator, through a telephone circuit. CONSTITUTION:An elevator control panel 8 controlling the various actions of an elevator, and a watch device 11 watching the actions of the elevator by means of this elevator control panel 8, are connected through a telephone circuit 12, and the change of the opening/closing action characteristic of the elevator is corrected from a distance. Accordingly, for example, the change of the opening/closing action characteristic of the door of the elevator due to a time lapse change or the like can be detected at a distant place such as an elevator maintenance company or the like far from the site of elevator installation, and moreover, these regulation operations can be done at the distant place where the elevator maintenance company or the like far from the site of elevator installation is located. |
