The invention relates to a method for producing magazines (palettes, trays, brims, transport containers) which fit precisely to specific parts. Requirements for such magazines exist, inter alia, in connection with flexible automatic assembly. In terms of application, the invention belongs to the technical field of assembly, especially for flexible automatic assembly, but the field of packaging engineering, transport engineering, or the like is also touched upon. In terms of realization, the invention belongs to the technical field of forming of plastics, especially thermoforming, sub-division vacuum-forming. The process is based upon the fact that the parts 1 for which the magazine 4 is to be used are used as models in the tool production. On top of the parts 1, which are fixed, for example, with double-sided adhesive tape, a plastics sheet 3 of suitable thickness is formed. This sheet is perforated and treated with release agent. After this, the magazine 4 is formed on the obtained tool 1-3. For achieving this, a plastic is used which can be formed at a temperature which is no higher than equal to that corresponding to the usage temperature of the first-named plastic. <IMAGE> |
