PURPOSE:To eliminate time lug when desired data are distributed to a data user by collecting observation data, which are obtained by a space machine, through the direct operating manipulation of the data user for the general data user. CONSTITUTION:In a transmission/reception system 1, an antenna equipment, transmitter, receiver and telemetry/command device are provided and a supervisory and controlling terminal equipment 2 is composed by providing a frame synchronizing circuit 8, interface circuit 9 and personal computer 10. The data user successively collects the required observation data by the personal computer 10 through the operation input of the user itself corresponding to the personal computer 10. Thus, the data can be collected and presented immediately at real time to a request from the data user. |
