<p>PURPOSE:To effectively remove a turbid substance of MISO (fermented soybean paste) mainly based on protein and to make MISO clean by adding silica sol to MISO. CONSTITUTION:MISO is blended with 30-900ppm calculated as SiO2 of silica sol (one prepared by dispersing silica particles having preferably 1-100mu particle diameter into an aqueous medium in 5-50wt.% colloidal state) so that a turbid component is removed to make MISO clean.</p> |
