PURPOSE:To control attitude in a normally optimum state irrespective of the weight of passengers and loading articles, by a method wherein a control time is set according to the magnitude of a change in orientation of a car body, and the control time is corrected according to the inner pressure of each of front right, front left, rear right, and rear left fluid spring chambers. CONSTITUTION:A controller 24 detects a change in attitude of a vehicle based on detecting signals from various sensors 30-34, and a control time is set according to the magnitude of the change in attitude. Only during the set control time, opening and closing of intake valves 19a-19d and exhaust valves 20a-20d, situated in suction pipings A1 and A2 running from a reserve tank 17 for storing compressed air and front right, front left, rear right, and rear left main air spring chambers 11a-11d. In this case, sensors 26a-26d, detecting an inner pressure, are located to the air spring chambers 11a-11d, respectively. A controller 24 corrects the set control time according to detecting signals from the inner pressure sensors 26a-26d. |
