Acylated carbamates Novel N-acylated 2-¢4-(4-fluorophenoxy)phenoxy!ethylcarmabates of formula I (I), wherein R1 is C1-C8alkyl, C3-C4alkenyl or C3-C4alkynyl, R2 is C1-C8alkyl, C1-C8alkoxy, -CO-R5 or-NR6R7, R3 and R4 are each independently of the other hydrogen or methyl, R5 is C1-C8aloxy or -NR8R9, R6 is C1-C4alkyl, R7 is C1-4alkyl or R6 and R7 together are a C4-C6alkylene chain which may be interrupted by oxygen, sulfur or -NCH3-, R8 is hydrogen or C1-C4alkyl, and R9 is hydrogen, C1-C4alkyl, benzyl, phenyl or phenyl which is substituted by halogen or methyl, or R8 and R9 together are a C4-C6alkylene chain which may be interrupted by oxygen, sulfur or -NCH3-.
