PURPOSE:To perform evaporation processing without being affected by the ambient air by providing a motor-driven disc which has vanes on one side and is immersed in the condensate at its periphery, and disposing a radial rib on the inner surface of a splash shield cover which covers said disc and is in contact with the condenser. CONSTITUTION:As a disc 7 is rotated, the condensate is flung from the periphery of the disc 7 due to the centrifugal force. The condensate so flung collides a rib 10 on the splash shield cover 9 to be broken into smaller droplets which are evaporated by exchanging heat with the condenser 103. The unbroken condensate is also evaporated as it flows on the inner surface of the splash shield cover 9 on to the surface of the condenser 103. Further, on account of the air blowing effect of the vanes 8 of the disc 7, the air taken in from the air inlet disposed in the splash shield cover 9 blows fine condensate droplets to the condenser 103. Therefore, an efficient evaporation becomes possible by a simple structure without being affected by the ambient temperature and humidity conditions, and the device can be installed at locations where the condensate is normally difficult to deal with. |
