PURPOSE:To make a winding tension value for a winding diameter maintainable to the specified value, by dividing a detector's output emitting pulse signals corresponding to traverses, and according to the divided output, regulating the voltage of a mandrel driving motor by changing voltage setting values in order. CONSTITUTION:A mandrel 3 is rotated by a torque motor 4, while a thread guide 13 is reciprocated by rotation of a traverse cam 9 via engagement between a cam groove 10 and a cam follower 11, and when the thread is wound around the mandrel while traversing the thread guide, a pulse is outputted froma detector 30 every time traversing takes place. This pulse is divided by a divider 20 and one pulse is outputted from the divider 20 each time it comes to the specified winding diameter. And, with this pulse, a stepping relay 23 is moved forward one step at a time and a voltage regulator 24 is regulated to the voltage set by command out of a voltage setter 23 connected to contacts S1-Sn of each step. With this, the thread is wound around the mandrel 3 with optimum winding tension to the winding diameter. |
