PURPOSE:To manufacture a high quality product forming a flat shape in blow molding by installing a plurality of guide rollers to deform a parison into a hollow, flat shape during the period of time for putting the parison extruded from a parison head into an open section of a mold. CONSTITUTION:When a parison 2 extruded out of a parison head 1 is accommodated in an opening section 5 formed with respective cavities 5a and 5b provided on respective jointing surfaces 3a and 4a of molds 3 and 4, the parison is guided by air flow formed in the opening section 5 by a blower 10 and accommodated therein. Guide rollers 12 for deforming the parison 2 are installed between the parison head 1 and the molds 3 and 4, and the parison 2 is deformed into a flat shape by the guide rollers 12 correspondingly to the flat opening section 5 in the molds 3 and 4. Also, when the parison 2 is guided into the opening section 5 and inserted through, a hollow, flat product can be molded securely by adding the air amount Q into the parison 2 to the extent that the parison 2 is not crushed. |
