PURPOSE:To attain the security protection by a line unit by controlling a registering means for registering the right of using of every user by a line unit to a control table for holding the right of using of every user by a line unit, an updating means of the right of using of every user, a deleting means and a referring means. CONSTITUTION:A control table 7 is constituted of a row for storing the information of a user's name, a row for storing the information of a table name, a row for storing a line number and a row for storing a line unit and the right of using. In the case of registering the right of using of the line unit, a control means 2 outputs registering information 201, and a registering means 3 adds a line obtained by forming a user's name and a table name and a line number of registering information 201 and the right of using of the line unit to be registered to one line into the control table 7. In the case of updating the right of using the control means 2 outputs updating information 202, and an updating means 4 updates a value of the row for storing the right of using of the line unit of a specific line of the control table 7 to the right of using of the line unit after updating of the updating information 202. In such a way, the secrecy can be protected by the line unit. |
