PURPOSE:To facilitate the change of design by a method wherein unvulcanized rubber sheet is vertically pinched by inner belts and conveyer belts and integrally passed through a vulcanizer and, at the same time, the patterns of the inner belts are transferred with rolls on the inlet side of the vulcanizer to the rubber sheet and, finally, the rubber sheet is vulcanized and fixed in the vulcanizer. CONSTITUTION:When the vulcanization of unvulcanized rubber sheet 10 is intened, the rubber sheet 10 is pinched with inner belts 24 and 25, which are respectively delivered from feeding devices 28 and 29, and further pinched from both the upper and the lower sides of the inner belts 24 and 25 with conveyer belts 12 and 13. The resultant rubber sheet is integrally passed through a vulcanizer 11 at synchronized running speeds of belts. Further, the patterns of the inner belts 24 and 25 are transferred onto the surfaces of the rubber sheet 10 for patterning and, after that, the rubber sheet 10 is vulcanized in the vulcanizer 11 so as to fix the patterns. The vulcanized rubber sheet 10 is fed out of the outlet side of the vulcanizer 11 and sent to the following process. In addition, the inner belts 24 and 25 are successively taken up with wind-up gears 32 and 33. Thus, positive patterning is made possible and added value can be enhanced by arbitrarily selecting patterns without limit. |
