PURPOSE:To calculate the logical value of properties by storing the quantity of electricity slated to be input once as data in a memory, and reading out the set value required for protective operation from a setting device, and performing specified operation by data of quantity of electricity and an operation device. CONSTITUTION:As a regular action, protective operation is performed in an operation device using a set value which is preset to the quantity of input power from a power system. In case of function test, specified data of the quantity of electricity are input through a set value input circuit 142, but these data are transferred to a RAM 132 inside the operation device. And the CPU 134 reads in the set data through a bus 15 according to the procedure of a program being written in a ROM in advance, and performs protective operation to the data of the RAM 132 so as to calculate a property logical value, and stores it once in the specified area of the RAM 132, and then it is transferred to a setting device 14 through the bus 15, and is indicated externally by an indication circuit 141. |
