摘要 PURPOSE: To provide a synthetic vessel-use implant with mechanical properties matching practically for those mechanical properties respectively of a fibrous structure and a native correspondent by including a covering means of a non- biodissolvable elastomeric material for structural fiber protection in view of the fact that the human tissues and capillary vessels internally grow in an implant wall so far as fibrous structures are concerned. CONSTITUTION: The implant includes inner vessel-like part 11 fabricated of electrostatically spun fibres of polyurethane or the like. The fibers are allowed to go with different diameters and carry pores. There is provided non- biodissolvable material-made outer layer 12 surrounding electrostatically spun fiber-fabricated structure 11, which is rendered impermeant when used inside the body so that the bio-tissue outside synthetic vessel-use implant 10 will not approach to an electrostatically spun fiber-fabricated structure 11. The material of outer layer 12 which will be applied to realize the synthetic vessel-use implant, is silicon rubber approved for medical use.
