PURPOSE:To reinforce the adhered part of the inner circumference of a disk substrate and to obtain excellent adhesiveness in the initial stage of hardening and excellent moisture resistance by fitting hubs to the center hole of the disk substrate and using a specific composition which is cured by an active energy ray to adhere the hub and the disk substrate, and the hubs together. CONSTITUTION:Two disk substrates 2a, 2b are stuck with the recording layers facing to each other, and two hubs 4 are fitted to the center hole 3 of the substrate. The adhesive layers 13, 14 are formed between the disk substrates 2a, 2b and the hub 4, and between the two hubs 4. The adhesive used for the adhesive layers 13, 14 comprises a compd. selected from epoxy resin, sulfonium salt and cyclopentadienyl iron compd., a compd. selected from acrylate, methacrylate and these oligomers, and the composition cured by active energy ray containing org. peroxide. Thereby, large adhesion strength can be obtained as well as excellent adhesiveness and moisture resistance in the initial stage of curing. |
