WINDING OF COIL-WOUND END PART

PURPOSE:To automate the manufacture of a coil which satisfies the strict electrical performance and characteristics by causing the surplus length of a wire material that is paid away to the inner side of each collar of a coil bobbin from a pasted tape to be introduced almost straightly from coil end parts in the directions of terminals where the surplus length of the wire material is tied around, thereby tying its wire material around the terminals. CONSTITUTION:A tape 6 which is paid away by a tape winder mechanism at the position of a wire material 4 forming a coil is pasted on the surface of the coil including at least the position of the end part. The surplus length of the wire material 4 that is paid away from the pasted tape 6 to the inner side of each collar of a coil bobbin 1 is introduced almost straightly from coil end parts in the directions of terminals 5 where the wire material is tied around and then its wire material is tied around the above terminals. The coil which is superior in quality is wholly manufactured automatically without doing manual works partially.
