<p>PURPOSE: To easily remove a cap from a valve body member even after a long time elapses, by causing a semi-rigid material to creep after the cap is fastened to the body member so as to enable the thread of the cap to be loosened from the body member. CONSTITUTION: A cap member 20 is fastened until it makes contact at its shoulder 30 with an abutting ring 24 which is semi-rigid so as to exert its slight compression to the shoulder 30, but which is hard, sufficient to maintain a clear stop position which a worker who fastens the cam member 20 onto a valve body member 12 can easily note. Once the cap is fastened, sealing is effected between the cap member 20 and the valve body member 12 so as to seal an interior cavity 16 against gaps 50 extending into threaded parts 26, 28. Further, the plastic semi-rigid ring 24 tends to creep so that vertical force is effected among the shoulder 30, and shoulders of the ring 24 and the cap member 29, thereby it is possible to reduce sticking force effected between threaded parts 26, 28.</p> |
