<p>PURPOSE:To increase magnetic flux with a simple constitution, and to intensify attracting force by a method wherein a tilted pole-face, which is tilted in the working direction of a movable wire, is provided on each opposing surface of a yoke and a contact in a freely surface-contacting manner. CONSTITUTION:A tilted pole-face, which is inclined in the moving direction of an iron core 4, is formed in such a manner that each opposing surface between a magnetic pole piece 8 and a contact 6 of a polarized electromagnet, composed of a permanent magnet 1, a pair of yokes 2 with which the permanent magnet 1 will be pinched, the contacts 6 and 7 located at the end section of the yokes 2, a movable iron core 4 which moves in the opposing direction of the contacts 6 and 7, will be provided in a freely surface-contacting manner with each other. By the above-mentioned inclination, magnetic flux is increased by the enlargement of the area of magnetic pole with a simple constitution and also reduction of magnetic resistance, and the attracting force of the title magnet can be intensified.</p> |
