Improvements to mixer valves which comprise two plates of ceramic material placed against one another with linear and angular sliding with respect to one another and contained in the bottom of a cartridge with entry openings for the cold and hot water and for exit of the mixture, which consist in forming the upper body 4a of the cartridge in the manner of a cover, with central opening 7 for exit of the end of the actuating shaft 8, which passes, freely rotating, through the body of the swivel 15. The cartridge 3 is secured directly inside the body 21 of the tap fitting by a nut 23, with interposed sealing gaskets. The openings 5 for the entry of cold and hot water carry internal elastic bushes 24 for sealing, held by other, rigid bushes 25 which closely fit the internal shape of the first ones. They are applied to tap fittings for sanitary apparatuses. <IMAGE>
